Terms and Conditions of Sneaker Shoot Laundry Service

1. Services and transactions are carried out based on the order system according to the queue in the Sneakershoot application.

2. All shoes to be treated by Sneakershoot must be clearly photographed at least 1x or better than the front, right and left side as well as the back direction of the shoe.

3. Consumers are required to inform if their shoes or bags are made of sensitive materials or colors that are prone to fading in the" additional info "section on the order page.

4. If there is discoloration that occurs in the material of consumer's shoes or bags which have chemical sensitive materials, and the consumer is not provided with information (point no.3), it will be the sole responsibility of the consumer.

5. If there are shoes that are damaged or not in good condition before being treated, these shoes are not the responsibility of Sneakershoot.

6. If the shoes are damaged, worn or lost due to an error from our technical team, then these shoes will become part of the responsibility of Sneakershoot.

7. The consumer is entitled to compensation in the event of a technical error (point no.6) in the form of replacing shoes or cash with a maximum value of Rp. 3,000,000 (three million rupiah), judging from the price of the shoes and the condition of the shoes at the time. enter Sneakershoot (point no.2). We will process compensation after checking from the Sneakershoot team that the damage or loss that has occurred is due to the Sneakershoot side.

8. The customer will receive an order note from the courier as a receipt for the goods when taking the shoes or bags, and they cannot be lost because they will be returned to the courier when they are delivered back.

9. If the note is lost, the consumer must include his KTP or other identity in accordance with the name on the order note, and the Sneakershoot courier will document the receipt of the shoes in the form of a photo with a clear face as proof that the shoes have been taken by the consumer.

10. Order transaction note is consumer data consisting of name, order number, number of shoes, shoe brand, shoe size (art code) and shoe color as well as the type of treatment that wants to be processed on consumer shoes.

11. Sneakershoot does not allow note keeping at Sneakershoot courier or other Sneakershoot parties.

12. The shoe pick-up system applies to the Jakarta, Depok, South Tangerang area which is carried out by the Sneakershoot courier itself.

13. Especially for other areas such as Bogor and Bekasi, it will be carried out by a third party courier where the order receipt (Point 5) will be replaced by an Airway Bill as a receipt from the third party courier appointed by Sneakershoot.

Terms and Conditions for Consumer Complaints at Sneakershoot

1. We will process consumer complaints 1 x 24 hours after the laundry has been received, we will not process complaints for more than 1 x 24 hours. Complaints can be submitted by filling in the Consumer Complaint form or directly chatting via WhatsApp to the Sneakershoot Admin.

2. If the laundry we provide is not clean, the Sneakershoot team will do a FREE re-washing process counting a maximum of 1 time from the first consumer complaint.

3. The free shoe washing guarantee applies if the shoe lining does not show signs of wear when the shoes are received and only applies to washing that can be cleaned and is not permanently dirty and shows that it has never been used since being received by the consumer.

4. The consumer is required to include a transaction note or document a photo of the transaction note and have made a FULL payment on the consumer complaint service form.

5. The claim process for replacing damaged shoes is carried out by providing repairs first. If the damage to the shoes is large enough or there is loss of shoes caused by the Sneakershoot, a replacement will be made in the form of similar shoes or cash according to the price (retail price). consumer shoes with a maximum amount of Rp. 3,000,000 (three million rupiah)

6. If the shoes or bags are not taken within 1 (one) month from the date of completion of the tretment, all damage, color changes are not the responsibility of Sneakershoot and consumers must take them directly to our workshop located on Jl. . Abuserin III no.80 Cipete, South Jakarta.

7. We will process consumer complaints if they meet the applicable terms and conditions. If there are other things that are not covered by these terms and conditions, consumers can contact our Customer Service available at 08176968696 or can be done by clicking the Whatsapp logo at top right of the Sneakershoot app.
